
Effective July 1, 2026: The pricing below replaces our prior Solution Support rates. Beginning on that date, lower hourly support rates apply to active plans. Because support credit is tracked in dollars, your existing balance can go farther at the new rates.
Qdabra Solution Support plans are available to consulting customers who completed a project with us in the last year or have an active support plan. A plan gives you priority access to the Qdabra team for the FormsViewer and SharePoint solutions we built for you. Most plans include prepaid support credit you can use for support tickets, fixes, enhancements, and automation work. Your support credit is a dollar balance, so the number of hours it covers depends on the role band needed for the work and the hourly rates below.
All active Solution Support plans include priority first response by the next business day. This is a first response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. For scheduled critical windows that need immediate coverage, see Critical-window standby below.

Your annual price is held as a dollar support-credit balance and drawn down at your tier's discounted rate as work is performed. Unused balance rolls forward while your plan is active.
* Support Assurance is available at renewal only, and only when your existing Qdabra support-credit balance is more than $2,500 USD. It does not add new credit. It keeps your active status, priority response, and your eligible support-credit balance, which at the new 2026 rates buys more hours than it did in 2025. If your credit is used up, further work requires purchasing credit or moving to another plan. If you are unsure of your balance, contact support@qdabra.com before enrolling.

Ranges reflect task complexity, not individual pay. Large fixed-scope projects may be quoted separately.
For a go-live, migration, or other critical window, you can reserve a Qdabra engineer for immediate standby. Standby is $250 per reserved engineer-hour, scheduled in advance, and billed for the reserved block whether or not issues arise. Standby is billed separately and is not deducted from your support credit. Plan discounts do not apply to standby, and standby is subject to availability.
Your Solution Support plan covers work directly related to the solution Qdabra created for you, including forms, dashboards, websites, data flows, integrations, troubleshooting, and automation enhancements. New product licenses, third-party fees, and work outside the supported solution may require a separate quote.
