Pay As You Go Support options are available for certain situations or issues.

General Support Packs

$180 per incident

This option is available for:
  • Trial Product customers who need assistance.
  • Current Product customers who require additional support hours beyond the Standard Software Assurance.
  • Current Solution Assurance subscribers who require additional non-emergency support hours than their plan includes.

Support engineers available between 8am and 5pm Pacific time.

Urgent Support Packs

$270 per incident

Emergency Support Packs are only available for Solution Assurance subscribers with Standard, Enterprise, or VIP level plans, to provide additional hours than the plan includes.
