Qdabra Project Tracker helps small to medium sized professional services firms manage client projects from initial engagement to implementation, time reporting and invoicing. Borne out of our consulting efforts, we have identified the most critical and cumbersome tasks required to get the job done. This service offer a simple yet complete tool to manage projects, without the complexity associated with typical project management tools.

Integrated with Microsoft Office Live

For the past year we worked with Microsoft as one of a handful of alpha and EAP partners building vertical applications on the new Office Live platform. The Qdabra Project Tracker for Office Live leverages the rich horizontal collaboration applications on Office Live to reduce redundancy and expose dashboard data directly on Office Live hosted sites.

Solution Architecture

At the hub of Project Tracker is Qdabra Database Accelerator, a proven set of InfoPath to SQL Web services interfaces. This provides robust data storage features for the Project Tracker solution such as permissions, versioning, reporting, dashboard, and flexibility. And it is built on a platform that has been in use for years in mission critical business processes at large and small companies.

Release Information

The Project Planner v0.2 (Beta) for Office Live is the first release of the suite. This release integrates with Office Live to provide baseline project planning and customer engagement tools.

As we develop and release the suite time tracking, invoicing, and reporting components will be added. We are currently testing these features internally.

Additionally, Project Tracker will be made available as a hosted service so you don't have to worry about managing servers and can have users outside the office access and use the system.
