Senior Project Manager

This position will be responsible for end to end management of client projects. Primary responsibilities include:

Manage existing portfolio of client projects
Meet with clients on a regular basis (virtually or face to face)
Develop new client relationships
Meet with clients, gather project requirements
Work with internal team members to estimate project scope
Prepare estimates and Statements of Work and present to clients
Create project plan and manage execution of project
Oversee all development and testing for project
Ensure smooth delivery of projects

3+ years experience in managing development and test teams
2+ years experience managing offshore resources highly desired
Experience with technology, business analysis, or back office business process experience
Well organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing and resolving issues on multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work with all members of a project team including development and test team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player, exhibiting common sense and analytical reasoning skills
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and or Microsoft InfoPath desirable
Account or customer relationship management experience a plus
Ability to satisfy customers by communicating effectively with positive upbeat energy
Strong experience managing resources and customers effectively to ensure projects come in on time and under budget
Ability to self regulate and manage priorities in a virtual environment
Ideal candidate will live in the Puget Sound area as one major client that requires weekly face to face meetings is located in Redmond
