At long last, DBXL v2.2 is done. We spent 9 months improving the Web service. Here's a list of the new features:

  • DBXL Admin Tool - completely revised UI for better performance and easier administration.
  • Database mapping support - better database mapping and error handling.
  • Query Builder Tool - improve form performance using filtered database queries - download the data you need and nothing more. Sort the results. Use new LIKE and CONTAINS operators for complex searches.
  • Qdabra Sample Form Template - our "qForm" tool adds a taskpane to your InfoPath form with support for search, workflow, history, multi-language labels, taxonomy, grouping/sorting, and notifications.
  • Notifications Tool - send e-mail from your server upon form assignment
  • Reference ID feature - plugin support for special Reference ID formats
  • Resource Files - use user-defined config files for your InfoPath forms
  • Licensing - support for license packs: easily extend your DBXL server license to increase InfoPath templates (XSNs) and form (XMLs) packs.
  • 64bit support - DBXL 2.2 now supports 64 bit servers.
  • Bulk Edit - new web method to support editing multiple XML files at one time.
  • Document Migration Tool - quickly backup or move your installation from one server to another.

Use this fully featured free trial to quickly develop advanced end-to-end InfoPath solutions. The attached zip file contains the installer for DBXL v2.2 Final Release. The trial license gives you support for:
